The Executive Council of the Church

The Executive Council of the Old Roman Catholic Church in North America with the Presiding Bishop constitutes a body corporate with executive authority, as delegated to it by the Presiding Bishop, to administer and carry forward the missionary, educational, and social service work of the Church between meetings of the Synod of the Old Roman Catholic Church in North America. The Executive Council assists the Presiding Bishop in the administration of the spiritual and temporal affairs of the Church.
