Project H.O.P.E. Helping
Other People Everyday!
Wherever there is a need for service or funds, Project
H.O.P.E. is there on a very personal basis.
H.O.P.E., the charitable arm of the Western Regionary
Diocese of the Old Roman Catholic Church in North America,
provides food, clothing, personal service and even furniture
to those in urgent need. They work with the homeless,
families in crisis, hospitalized patients, nursing home
residents and anyone in need.
The Director is Sister Maria De Long and the chairman
is Bishop Patrick King. Brothers Dale De Long and Gerald
Figard and Father Leon Figard are the executive committee
of the program, which includes volunteers from the community
who help out on various projects as they develop.
The basic guiding force of these dedicated people is
Christ's words, "Whatsoever you do unto the least of these,
you do unto Me."
